Size Exchange
We provide a size chart on the product page and on the store's homepage to help you choose the correct ring size. We recommend that the customer carefully check the measurements before finalizing the purchase.
If it is necessary to exchange for another size:
The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
The ring must be unused, undamaged, and unmarked, in its original packaging.
The shipping costs for return and new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
There will be a return shipping fee of £15.00, payable by the buyer.
Right of Cancellation
According to UK legislation for online sales (Consumer Contracts Regulations), the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of receiving the product, even without giving a reason.
For a return to be accepted:
